The key to all the life’s problems – I have a choice

I think emotion is a beautifully human thing. We should all embrace all different kinds of feelings and express them… Include Anger. I don’t know if it’s because I am getting older?,, and I am easily agitated. I feel easily frustrated, and I feel awful feeling angry for most tiny things.

Since I can’t avoid feeling anger no matter how a kindly, wonderful person I want to be, knowing how to communicate the feeling rationally constructively or paint a little girl with a frowny face… it’s kinda cute 😀

So. The key to all life’s problems is not to feel angry or ignore them, but I know I have a choice.
